Identity Design
Powerkids
Powerkids is a multi-sensory, creative play program for children aged 0–5 years, combining storytelling, music and visual arts in fun, play-based activities. I drew upon childhood motifs and illustrated fun characters to create an engaging visual identity and collateral for this hugely popular weekly event.
Talking Ideas
Talking Ideas entertains, inspires and fosters debate; addressing issues that inform our times and shape our lives. As a new series of events, I created a unique brand identity – reflecting the spark of imagination and curiosity – used across printed postcards, bookmarks, venue signage and social media.
Port of Brisbane
I have had the pleasure of working with the Port of Brisbane for numerous years across all facets of design – from brochures and eNewsletters, through to conference design and signage. Their professionalism, leadership in their field and modern outlook is reflected in every design touch-point.
Definition Landscape & Design
Definition Landscape and Design create meticulously crafted outdoor spaces, inspiring people to live well. The full brand refresh included designing a new identity to reflect their authenticity, creativity and quality, rolled out across new collateral and a modern responsive website.
Wonderland Festival
Celebrating the year-end, this signature summertime festival serves up a spectacle of weird and wonderful acts spanning music, magic, circus, burlesque and comedy. Inspired by the themes of surprise and delight, I designed the inaugural festival brand and rolled it out across the program brochure, venue and outdoor signage, and print and digital advertisements. Wonderland Festival is now in its eighth year, and the original visual identity is still being used to draw in the crowds.
Melt: Festival of Queer Arts and Culture
MELT is a sizzling celebration of queer arts and culture – with a mix of theatre, cabaret, music, visual arts, storytelling, forums, panels and conversations. I designed the eye-catching inaugural festival branding and campaign artwork, drawing upon fresh, fun and frisky motifs. Six years since its inception, the MELT brand is still wooing audiences across Australia.
Elizabeth Weyer Outdoor Design
Elizabeth Weyer’s brand identity is a reflection of her creative flair, vibrant personality and immaculate attention to detail. My ultimate goal was to conjure the same joy that Elizabeth inspires in every interaction and creation. From the colourful palette and vibrant illustration, through to her logo and website, I created a visual story that encapsulates Elizabeth’s mission to transform spaces for better living.
